About Flip My House

Flip My House is about buying, renovating and selling a dwelling in a minimum amount of time Buyers only need to bring in their furniture and feel like they are in a new home.

Previously I have been involved in a number of brand new project houses working with builders and then assisting owners style up their homes by organizing window and floor treatments. Now I’m working with older style homes and redevelop them to today’s modern standards, using a network of building professionals.

Maintenance

I preview the work that requires repairing in order to comply under the residential tenancy agreement for rentals (whilst being leased). I have good knowledge and experience in building properties with builders and doing renovations and maintenance.

Renovation
Manage and co-ordinate budgets

I only use professional tradesmen with years of experience and are of the highest standard in workmanship.
Site induction conducted then scheduling projects for completion within an allocated timeframe.

Investment Spotting (Special talent)

Investment spotting is searching for properties whether that be for investment, renovating to sell or for a home owner. Its about ensuring you pay the right price and value is added to the property for the future.

I had 2 full bathrooms renovations done by Flip my House team. From start to finish, each bathroom took no more than 2 weeks to complete from demolition, tiling, plumbing and having the cabinets installed. In addition, having glacier and electrician come through. In 1.5 weeks, was the quickest time the bathroom was completed. The Project Manager ensured all tasks were done in a professional manner, but what was comforting was knowing she was there planning all jobs and was there to double check the work after each task was performed. The tradesmen were very professional and fast with their set task.
